World-class Cocktail Demonstrations
Lorenzo Antinori, one of the masterminds behind Bar Leone — the Best Bar in the 2024 Asia's 50 Best Bars Awards, will showcase his finest creation and share the story behind it. Joining him will be Leo Ko, the Director of Beverage at Cordis, Hong Kong and the first Hong Kong winner of World Cocktail Championship who claimed his throne in 2023. Leo will craft a cocktail exclusively for RBHK and offer audience the chance to taste this creation.

World-class Coffee Demonstrations
Join the caffeinated fun at our coffee demonstrations, featuring two world-renowned coffee masters: Liang Fan, the winner of the World Latte Art Championship 2023 and founder of WOOW Barista Academy; and Boram Um, the winner of World Barista Championship 2023 and co-founder of Um Coffee Co. Watch these coffee maestros in action as they demonstrate exceptional latte art and coffee-making skills, which may inspire your coffee business!

原為最佳烈酒大獎,香港最佳酒吧大獎現已升格為獨立殊榮,表彰城中最具創新、影響力和人氣的酒吧。活動由醇酒專家、調酒師、侍酒師和美酒發燒友組成的評審團為各參與酒吧進行評估,並選出最能夠營造最佳體驗以及發揮無窮創意的的傑出酒吧。
