Formerly the Best Spirits Awards, the Hong Kong Best Bars Awards has now stepped up as a standalone accolade, recognising the most innovative, influential, and beloved bars in the city. Judged by a panel of spirits experts, bartenders, sommeliers, and enthusiasts, the awards aim to redefine the boundaries of mixology and honour venues that craft immersive experiences, pushing the limits of creativity behind the bar.
