最佳酒吧大獎
隨著酒吧的社交和娛樂功能增強，業界地位不斷提升，香港餐飲展2024將推出全新最佳酒吧大獎，把該最佳烈酒大獎類別升格為獨立獎項，以表揚特色酒吧對香港餐飲業的貢獻，並提升酒吧的調酒、環境及服務標準。大獎評審團由烈酒專家、調酒師、侍酒師以及烈酒愛好者組成，同時以專家判斷和顧客反饋作為評選標準，務求發掘香港、澳門和大中華地區的最佳酒吧。

Best Whisky Bar
– This applies to all whisky bars
Best Whisky List from Hotel & Restaurant
– This applies to all hotels and restaurants which mainly serving whiskies
Best Cocktail Bar
– This applies to all cocktail bars
-The restaurant's cocktail bar is not entitled to participate in this category
Best Speakeasy Bar
– This applies to all speakeasy bars
Best Restaurant's Cocktail Bar
– This applies to restaurants with dedicated bars to serve cocktails
– Cocktail bar is not entitled to participated in this category
Best Hotel's Cocktail Bar
