Whisky Glass Tasting Experience by Kung Kai Hong
Join Kung Kai Hong, Hong Kong’s leading glassware distributor, for its first ever comparative whisky glass tasting. The seminar will lead you to discover how the shape of a whisky glass can affect your perception of whiskies, in terms of taste, aroma and finish. The session is a fun and educational experience and is suitable for any levels of whisky drinkers. We will be tasting with Lucaris’ new whisky tasting glass, the Glencairn glass, traditional rock glass, tulip-shaped glass, and a balloon glass.

酒中有諺語 – 上槽篇 (jōsō)
日本清酒在完成初步釀造階段時,釀酒的原材料「米」充分溶解於酒液中,乃彷如粥狀般綿滑濃的原濁酒。要令原濁酒成為清雅的日本酒,接下來的上槽工序便是關鍵,是影響銘酒身價的重要元素之一。上槽指利用壓榨工序把酒粕盒清酒分離,取出清酒。
