The industry recognised event – Hong Kong Latte Art Championship and Hong Kong Coffee in Good Spirits Championship will return to Restaurant & Bar Hong Kong x Gourmet Asia 2022 edition. Co-organised with Hong Kong Specialty Coffee Association, the coffee competition challenge the barista in an on-demand performance, highlights the barista/barkeeper’s mixology skills in a setting where coffee and alcohol go perfectly together.
