Restaurant & Bar Hong Kong 2020 Cocktail Challenge
Co-organised by The Hong Kong Bartender’s Association, the competition seeks out bartenders and mixologists who are at the forefront of their artistry. This is a highly regarded industry event that elevates the craft of cocktail making, creates opportunities for growth and reinforces communication in the regional bartending community.
Apart from the well-known Professional Mixologists category which is highly participated by professional bartenders from hotels, bars, restaurants, clubs, etc., as the leading B2B Food & Hospitality exhibition, we would like to contribute to the community by creating a platform to uncover young talents and promote the cocktail art to the younger generations.
A Young Talents / Apprentices category is therefore created to cultivate rising stars and raise the bar for bartending services in Hong Kong. This is a sterling opportunity for young practitioners and apprentices to showcase their mixology skills in front of key industry players, learn new techniques and accumulate experience in performance and showmanship.
